1. No ballast in plunger. 2. Debris in outer pipe. 3. Inner pipe bent. 4. Inner pipe binding with superstructure or outer pipe.

1. Add ballast to plunger. 2. Clean out outer pipe. 3. Replace inner pipe. 4. Adjust alignment of inner pipe.
