Cause / 309
1. Check position of wheel chocks, off center loading. 2. Vehicle positioned incorrectly over lift. 3. Bind at Non-Rotator, or Safety leg. 4. Jacks out of plumb. 5. Water contaminated or old oil in jack. 6. No ballast in plunger. (Full Hydraulic only) 7. Vehicle weight exceeds capacity of lift. 8. Main air line, incorrect size, and/or too many elbows. 9. Oil line too small. 10.Improper operaton, oil valve blocked open, using air valve to raise lift.

1. Wheel spotter incorrectly installed, install correctly, 2. Spot vehicle properly 3. Check alignment, and condition. Disconnect, raise and lower lift observing condition. 4. Re plumb lift. 5. Replace oil. 6. Add ballast to plunger. 7. Check weight of vehicle. 8. Correct main line. 9. Oil lines should be 1 1/4" minimum. 10.Follow operation instructions from owner's packet.
